Our agency uses a secure online portal is called, “Indio” and that is where you will find a few sections such as the following:
- Applications including Schedule Workbooks & Forms
- E-Signatures
- Documents
- Policies
Throughout your experience in Indio, please remember you are completing actual applications, so be sure to utilize the “Preview” feature to check what your progress looks like on the actual documents.

Benefits of our Indio Application Portal
Online Portal
Having an online portal allows you to access / work on your insurance forms wherever and whenever you need them. Given that Indio is a web-based platform you are able to access your insurance portal from anywhere that you have a Wi-Fi connection. The URL that you are using to access your profile is unique to your business and will not change so please go ahead and bookmark this so that you can always login when needed.
Secure Document Sharing Tool
The Indio portal has a "Documents" tab which allows you to upload and download documents as needed. All documents that are exchanged using Indio are done so in a bank-grade encrypted environment and run through an anti-virus software to ensure that nothing malicious is being sent. This is a great tool for keeping track of your policies, binders, and any other insurance related documents that you may need throughout the course of the year.
Smart Mapping Applications
All data entered within the Indio platform will "smart map" between forms, so you don't have to enter data multiple times! (i.e. if you put your business name on one application Indio will go ahead and transpose that information onto all of your other forms)
Year over year, the Indio platform will pull data from your prior year’s applications and smart map this data into the current year’s renewal so that you will not need to re-answer questions, ever!
Assign User’ Tool
Using Indio allows you to assign applications, forms, or even sections within applications to specific points of contact within your organization - In turn, reducing the need to print, scan, or even sign (with wet signature) forms offline.
IndioSign (Indio’s E-Signature Solution)
Indio allows you to sign all of your applications and forms within the Indio platform using their proprietary e-signature solution, IndioSign. IndioSign is a fully vetted solution and if you are interested in reading up on the legality of the E-signature tool, take a look at this link.
Bank-Grade Encryption & Security

Instructions on Logging into Indio
What is this?
You can log into the Indio portal with your email address and a 5-digit authentication code that changes each time they log in.
Benefits of the feature
This feature provides you a quick and easy way to log into Indio without requiring you to set up credentials i.e., username, password, etc.
The 5-digit authentication code provides an extra layer of security as the portal may contain sensitive and confidential information/documentation.
How to use the feature
The first step will be to enter your email address. If you are having issues with the correct email address, please contact our agency directly.
Security Check
Next, please select how you would like to receive your 5-digit code. For security reasons, this passcode will change each time you log into the portal: Send code via Text (Mobile only) or Send code via Email.
Confirmation
Once you choose where to receive your code, it will be texted or emailed to you and you can enter it into this next screen below. Once entered, you will then be taken to the login portal.
Please Make Note
If you are connected to multiple accounts, you will be able to select which portal you would like to log into. It has been reported to us that Apple's Safari browser has some formatting issues which we have reported. Please try to use Edge, Chrome, or Firefox instead. Log In Issues
If you are logged into one profile already, you can click the profile circle on the top right and navigate to different client accounts your email is also associated with or log out entirely if desired.
